Hi! I’m Bota (Akbota) and I’m looking for a room in or near Manhattan with a Feb 1 move-in. I currently live in Rego Park, Queens, and I’m hoping to be in a safe area with an easy commute and a good community of young professionals.

A bit about me: I’m friendly, social, and organized, and I’m big on respecting other people’s space. I went to college in Boston and moved to NYC about 7 months ago (originally from Miami). I work a steady in commercial real estate, and I’m currently finishing my NY real estate license (should be done within the next two months). I’m responsible, timely, and communicative—pretty low-drama and easy to live with.

Outside of work, I love going out with friends, checking out finance/real estate events, and I’m also into marketing and social media. I’m down to explore the city, but I also really value coming home to a clean, calm place to recharge. I don’t cook much and usually grab food from places like Whole Foods.

Roommate-wise, I’m looking for someone clean, respectful, and communicative—responsible with bills/chores, mindful about shared spaces, and generally friendly. Open to any gender.
