College student LF roommate!

I’m moving into my first apartment and looking for a roommate to help with rent. It’s a one-bedroom, preferably would like a situation where we could share the bedroom ;) but this is absolutely NOT a requirement, anyone can hmu. % cool with just giving someone the room or whatever else u want to do if you cover your share. if you are okay with living room or something else then that also works, we can negotiate like i said very flexible.

about me:
I’ve got a dog named Kimber shes a chocolate lab. she’s super sweet, loves people and other animals, and is fully house trained. She does have separation anxiety, so she’ll be with me everywhere. You won’t have to babysit her.
I’m pretty laid-back. Smoke, drink, whatever you do you, but i dont do any of that if its important to you, completely sober.
Pets are welcome. Honestly, I think it’d be fun.
definitely a night person but am very mindful of other peoples schedules and will not be loud and wake you up at night
I work nights at ravens manor and probably getting a second job soon as well, also attending PCC so pretty busy i wont be rotting at the apt all the time
quiet by default but very good at matching energy, wont be a buzzkill
hobbies are video games thrifting making music movies and anime among other things

Cool with a dog (or pets in general).
Chill and easy to get along with
Pays whatever we agree on, on time. (i can be flexible though as in a program that can cover some rent costs, we can discuss that).
