Hi all! Looking to fill a vacant room to join me in my BA condo in Sherman Oaks starting February 1st month-to-month!

This second bedroom essentially has its own bathroom, laminate floor, and there's even a little wall mount to put a small TV. There is a brand new (!) in-unit washer/dryer, central air and heat, and the parking space is non-tandem/side-by-side in the gated garage! I've already furnished the living room and the galley-style kitchen, but of course, we can figure out how to make room for other furnishings. There's a small patio, and the complex has a bunch of amenities like a pool, a dog park (though unfortunately, no pets please, as I'm allergic), and it's super easy access to both the , as it's essentially Sepulveda and Magnolia.

ABOUT ME: I'm a woman in my s who came here to LA to work in film/TV. I am usually chilling at home weeknights, but I do like being social and being out and about on the weekends during the day. I do throw the occasional party, but they are of the wholesome themed variety.

LOOKING FOR: Responsible, respectful female roommate, who has her own independent things going on, but is down to be friendly and hang out sometimes. Her own space is her own space, but is mindful of shared spaces and is big on communication. Sorry, no pets and no smoking.

RENT: $ / month + utilities. Security deposit is one month's rent, so $.

AVAILABLE: February 1st! Though there may be some flexibility in the start date. Ideally looking for month-to-month.
