Clinton Twp. Located in a beautiful and safe neighborhood. It is a newly remodeled basement apartment. I am looking for preferably a female tenant. No pets as i already have dogs living on the main floor and a life threatening allergy to cats. So must be okay with dogs. They are small and want belly rubs If willing lol

The space is fully furnished aside from your personal bedding-sheets,pillows, mattress protector, pots and pans, toiletries etc… there is an egress window as well so it is a true legal living apartment.

You will have your own living room, huge master bedroom with a large walk in closet. You have your own bathroom w/shower. It is truly like your own apartment. You will also have your own washer and dryer, brand new kitchen. Private entrance.

Backyard Is like a spa oasis. It Is truly a dream.

Rent would be $ a month and includes all utilities. Minimum stay would be 3 months. Although would prefer a long term renter, we can set a longer lease after the first initial 3 months. First and last month’s rent and signed lease with background check Is required to move In and receive keys,

My father (), myself () and the dogs will be living on the main floor. We will respect your space and privacy but know that we will treat you like family. We are both caring people but also enjoy our own space as well.
