Howdy! I am looking for 2 new roommates to share a bathroom condo with. I’ve lived here for about two years now in beautiful MERGE . This spacious condo is completely furnished. And the bedroom pictured can be furnished at your request.

A little about me. My name is Ethan I am years old and I am an underwater welder for the US NAVY. I’ve worked for them for a little over 5 years and I love what I do. I work from pm and I train at the gym in the evening. My hobbies apart from bodybuilding include, cycling, surfing and the occasional LEGO set. I am very rarely home but I really value the space I live in. I am looking for someone between the ages . I really value the ability to be friends with the people I live with.
About your room. You would get the room pictured in the listing. The shelf on the wall is hard mounted and will stay but the bedframe which is a queen size can remain in the room or be removed at your request. There is a very spacious two car full-size garage that is also available.
The second room is exactly the same as the one pictured however, this room will not be furnished or have anything hanging on the wall.
One of the rooms will become vacant starting January . The lease will need to be signed by then. the second room will become available starting February th.

RENT. Rent is split 3 ways as well as utilities. Rent is approximately per person and utilities come out to be about per person. We also have high speed WiFi which we pay is each . What you see is what you get with this place. Everything I have in the house is also yours to use.
