Hi, my name is RAKESH. I am an investor from the Chicago area. I have a un-furnished duplex. I am looking for 2 roommates to rent one bedroom and each will have a private bathroom.
The first person to accept this will get the master bed with attached bath while the 2nd roommate can choose from one of the other 2 bedrooms and will have the private 2nd bath (not ensuite).
I will make sure the first roommate is accepting of the 2nd and vice versa.
Utilities will be split by 2.
Kitchen is fully equipped, Washer /dryer hooked up, living area, garage and driveway - will be common areas.
It is required that you are clean and respectful, and the property is non-smoking.

Pics are from the other unit - this one is UN furnished, but I will furnish the living area when I get someone to sign up.
