year old male (Brenden, me), and year old female (Cayla), professional couple looking to rent a room in Modesto/Manteca/Ripon/Lathrop or as far as Livermore/Tracy. I commute about days a week to the bay for work as needed. Willing to rent a master bedroom (With private bathroom, or a studio / 1 bedroom, or a small house if price is right (under $)).
