Available March 1st. My current roommate is moving due to a new Job opportunity in a different city. I hate to see him go as he has been great.

Must like animals-dogs as I have a sm lb pom and 2 parakeets birds. If not animal friendly this is not the place for you.

I am pretty easy going as long as Clean and abide by agreement.

I am looking for low key, respectful, clean responsible person to share my space with.
