Urgently looking for a female roommate to take over the second bedroom in my bath apartment in Highland Heights Highland Ridge Apartments. Move in is flexible between the end of December and early January but I need someone fully approved by the leasing office by December

• Washer and dryer in unit

• Spacious living room and kitchen

• Safe quiet area minutes from NKU and close to UC

• Plenty of parking



Rent and Utilities

• Total monthly rent split between two people

• Your portion is about

• Water is about per month added onto rent

• Electric and WiFi are separate and split

• Pets are allowed with a pet deposit and monthly pet fee



Requirements

• Valid ID

• Application completed through the leasing

• Proof of income

• Security deposit

• Background check by the leasing office

• Must be approved by the leasing office before moving in
