Private room & bathroom in Redondo Beach!
Hello! My name is Zoha; my roommates and I currently are looking for a room in our home!

The space is available mid-December. There’s some flexibility on timing if needed. rent is eleven hundred & bills are Wi-Fi and electric which average seventy or less per person monthly. If you come mid-December, December rent will be 5hundred fifty & then regular rent/bills thereafter.

We are in a spacious town home; all shared spaces are fully furnished and appliances provided. About a 5min drive to hermosa beach or to Redondo king harbor (1 mile from each), a min drive to LAX depending on traffic.

My roomates are , with their beautiful new bundle of joy who is 6 months old! We are a pet friendly home and currently have a small black cat.
We are all young hardworking professionals, very clean and considerate and kind!

I am , I work full time for two hotels. I am a social butterfly and like to host friends and family occasionally! We are all open to spending time and forming a genuine bond with our roommate.
