In my home, I separated a section into its own private place with its own entrance and a large bedroom, en suite bathroom, kitchenette, huge private patio, yard area and off-street parking directly in front. Shared washer/dryer. I am to considering access to the main kitchen and dining area. Located in a safe, convenient, walkable neighborhood just west of the Interstate. Furnishings possible. My bedroom is on the opposite side of the one-story. Place is suitable for one renter who works fulltime outside the home. Preferable long-term renter. Absolutely no smokers and no cigarettes permitted at any time anywhere on the property; no vaping or medical cannabis inside. The place is quiet and neighborhood is minutes from grocery stores and restaurants, min frm downtown. I work fulltime, am responsive to maintenance needs, and respectful of others. I have a cat, Jack, who does a great job keeping away pesky critters. No other pets permitted.
