It is a double room in a maisonette, very quiet area and friendly neighbors! 👯‍♀️You will be living with another girl called Kassidy who is currently studying social work and completing her placement meaning she is only in the house evenings and weekends. 🛌The room can come with a double bed and mattress, chest of drawers, desk, chair, tv stand and a clothes rail for a very reasonable additional cost. ⭐️The room is bright, spacious and you will have access to shared storage in the house, shared bathroom with bathtub and shower, shared kitchen and a large living room. 💷Rent is £pcm with an additional £ for deposit. Bills are estimated at £ per month on an unlimited package (heating, water, wifi and electric) 🚗Easy to commute to and from, close to shops and pubs!
