Hi, my name is Payten. I am a -year old professional. I am looking for a roommate in Tampa for $ each month. This includes your own bedroom and bathroom.

Our current roommate is moving out on short notice and we’d like to fill our additional fully furnished bedroom/bathroom at “Amira at Westly” for the next year for only $/month.

There is no additional cost for electricity, water, WiFi, cable, valet trash, laundry services, or parking.

The apartment complex includes two pools and a gym. We love this complex so much that we have been here for 2 years and plan to stay much longer.

My partner works most weekdays and Sunday’s. I’m a travel model so we fly out of state often (the dog goes to a sitter), so a new roommate would get plenty of time to themself in the common area.

We have a dachshund puppy that is very sweet. I am home during the day to tend to him.

We have plenty of kitchen storage, fridge storage, and pantry space. A new roommate would be welcome to use any of our kitchen appliances.

We have our own washer and dryer as well.

Feel free to ask about viewing the place in-person! We are looking for somebody to move in ASAP, since our current roommate is leaving on short notice.
