Hi all! I’m Alexios and I’m a UVM junior that’s studying abroad in the Spring. I’m looking for someone to sublet my room in a house. It’s a large house right on Pearl St. two doors down from Jeane Mance so it’s 5 mins away from campus. There’s plenty of common space with a large living room, dining room, kitchen, and screened in porch. Laundry is included, and the room comfortably holds a full sized bed, desk, and more space for other furniture. There will be 5 other roommates that are all really cool and clean (all UVM Jrs, M). Overall an awesome and cozy house!
