Looking for a room in the SFV

Looking for a room in Los Angeles, preferably somewhere in the Valley (Burbank to Woodland Hills). I have plants and work a few different jobs which leave me coming and going at different hours of the day.

I’m primarily a substitute teacher, but I also do marketing gigs for movies and Uber. I keep it quiet (love wearing headphones) and do my best to clean up all of my messes as they happen. My weakness is laundry but I keep it out of others’ way! haha

I like to hang out in communal spaces if everyone is a good vibe. I also like doing things communally if we get along. I also have no problem being in my bubble and letting you be in yours.

It should be known, I’m a queer man, agnostic atheist, and lean very left in my beliefs. I don’t mind you having different beliefs and lifestyles than myself, but specifically being a current Trump supporter is a deal breaker for me. I don’t discuss these types of things often in order to keep the peace. However, I will speak up and say my peace if something is expressed with which I take particular issue.
