Guesthouse has 2 rooms separated by the bathroom. Own private entrance, Share bathroom and kitchen w me and I have my own entrance as well. Looking for Respectful, Easygoing, Quiet, Clean tenant- sorry no couples, no pets, no smokers, no partying, no overnight stays and will also state no drama ~ This is a great place as I was happy I found a place in this area when moved in! As I said, it’s like having own apartment but share bathroom and kitchen.

Close to grocery stores, public transit, freeway and its West LA so close to Santa Monica or even Culver City
Street parking - easy to find as its residential area
rent and utilities equals /month plus security deposit. 6 month lease possibly longer for the right person
