Seeking somebody to sublease my room in this gorgeous house with a porch, private bathroom and free parking from Jan. 1st to Jul. st with an option to renew.

This house has a basement/garage (aka – tons of storage!), a covered porch and vaulted ceilings and is only $/month plus utilities. The location is less than a 5 minute drive to campus and right on the red bus route.
My roommates are very considerate, quiet and easy-going students aged years old. The room is the only one on the first floor, meaning the bathroom is somewhat private since my roommates share the second floor bathroom. I’m only subleasing because I am looking to find a new home with my partner. I have really loved living here and will miss it!
