Bedroom for rent! Looking for college students , minute drive from both KSU campuses , also minutes from chat tech.
You will have a private room and a shared bathroom Cleanliness is a must , don’t have to be a germaphobe but pick up after yourself.
Kitchen has everything you need , has a washer and dryer. Large living room and private backyard , will be getting a new tv soon. There plenty of room in the driveway to park unless you can work something out with our roommate Bryson.

Rent is due first of the month INCLUDES utilities & FAST wifi with ethernet cable ran to room. There is a full size bed in the room , but I can take it out if you have your own.
Looking for someone that is able to pay rent next month.
