– Ten minutes to HEB (Four Points), fifteen minutes to Sprouts (Cedar Park), thirty to forty- minutes to downtown Austin
– One well-trained, hypoallergenic labradoodle (Sparky) who gets along with all

– Semi-private setup: both main-floor roommates have their own half bath connected to a shared shower and bathtub
