I am subleasing my apartment for the Spring Semester! I am graduating in December from the University of Arizona, so it is eligible for renewal for the next academic year if you end up loving it like I did! apartment, comes with an awesome roommate :)

Single Semester (Spring) Lease Dates: January - July
Where: Campus Crossings at University Heights ( N Park Avenue), just north of Speedway Blvd on the northwest corner of campus!
5 minute walk to campus
Monthly rent: $/mo
Renters insurance: approx $/mo
Utilities: only responsible for electric, complex covers water, trash, and internet!
Great for students with no car, I walked everywhere! But if you have your car, parking pass included, we will pay for your parking!

It is an adorable place, it used to be a school in the s, then was converted to apartments! It is registered as a historic landmark, with a super cool history.
