Looking for a roommate to share my apartment in a -bath apartment in Temple Terrace.

- Spacious bedrooms with walk-in closets (room is unfurnished)
- In-unit washer and dryer, laundry room
- Dishwasher in the kitchen and all new appliances
- screened in balcony with beautiful preserve views

The apartment is in a really nice area, close enough to USF for convenience but not too close for quiet living.

Looking for a female roommate in her mid-s or older, preferably working full-time. Someone who is clean and respectful, but also hoping we can be friends, too.

I have a friendly bunny, so ideally no other pets, but open to a cat or a pet that would get along well with my bunny.

Rent is $/month, all utilities and amenities included.
