No partying or smoking. House guests are fine with proper communication ahead of time. I have a very friendly, hypoallergenic cockapoo who will love you. Living room is already fully furnished and kitchen is fully stocked. Trader Joe’s, Target, Walmart, AMC, OrangeTheory, Pilates, F all within minutes from our place.
