Hey everyone .
I’m looking to rent out an unfurnished bedroom in my townhome in Riverview, FL by progress village for February. We’re literally like 5 minutes away from Tampa . Close to & all the shopping you need ( Walmart, Publix , aldi , Winn Dixie , Brandon town center mall and much more . The rent is $ and that will be with a shared bathroom . That will include cable, WiFi , water & use of washer+dryer, 2 pools and a clubhouse/gym. Must be dog friendly & friendly since I do smoke inside sometimes . I might be open to a small or medium sized dog as long as they’re not aggressive. Absolutely no other pets or children. I am open to a short (6month)or long term lease. Hoping for someone cool , down to earth . We don’t have to hang out all the time and be best friends , just maintain a respectful household . If you’re someone that likes to have all your friends over all the time , this is not the place for you. I don’t mind a trusted friend but I would not want random people in my home around my valuables and dog. Electricity will be split.
