Single room for rent in a two.5 bath house, $1K/mo.
Deposit will be $1K
Looking for someone who doesn't work from home.
Per Lease:
No overnight guests.
No pets.
No smoking on the property. We are both non-smokers and prefer that you are a non-smoker as well.
We don't care if you party elsewhere, but don't bring it home.
We are adults so we expect that you know how to communicate properly, clean after yourself, be respectful of noise levels, and be respectful of common areas and other people's possessions.
Current roommates are both male, relaxed and get along really well. Looking for someone, M or F, who can match the energy.
We keep it pretty quiet, relaxed, and clean.
The bedroom is roughly ' with a ' closet. The room has a ceiling fan. Each bedroom has a locking door for security and privacy.
This room shares a bathroom with one other person.
The shared bathroom is big with plenty of storage area.
There is an additional storage area in the hallway by the bedrooms that can hold towels and lots of other things.
Spacious living room and dining room area. There is going to be a dining room table and living room tables as soon as I get the out of storage.
The house has hardwood floors.
We share 1 garage parking spot, days each per month.
We split utilities equally each month. Utilities include: SDGE, Water, and wifi internet. Averages about $onetwenty/mo for everything combined.
There is a full sized front loading washer and dryer in the garage. They both work well. The dryer is only about 6 months old.
There is a brand new stove and plenty of refrigerator space.
