Modern townhouse built in bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, featuring a private yard and 3 parking spaces.
The house is very clean with regular monthly cleaning service. Fully furnished with refrigerator, washer, dryer, and all essential appliances.

The other two roommates are friendly, tidy, and easy to get along with.
There is a half-bathroom on the first floor, and two secondary bedrooms share a bathroom on the second floor.

Master bedroom with private bathroom is now available. Suitable for single or double occupancy, gender is not restricted.
-minute drive to UCSB, conveniently located near Target, Costco, and other amenities.
