Hi, my current roommate is moving out end of March for a new job opportunity and I am looking to fill 1 bedroom. There is a washer and dryer in unit. The apartment has central heat and central AC and is located a block away from the PATH. We can discuss moving in earlier than April 1st if needed.

The term will be twelve months (April - March ).

My roommate and I are working professionals. We enjoy going out on the weekends and usually keep it low key during the week.
