Utilities included. The roommate would have access to the furnished and equipped home (kitchen, living room, dining room, backyard, etc.).

Currently, there are two roommates with whom you would share the home. They are typically gone all day and are very quiet.

We are looking for a working professional. This is a quiet, professional shared living setting, so parties, large group events, excessive alcohol, drug use, or anything else that does not support a peaceful, safe living environment for everyone is not tolerated. We are looking for a roommate with verifiable income/employment and prior rental references. A credit check is required as well.
