Hi, my name is Mee~
I am a very laid-back artist looking for a female roommate :).
Located in the heart of Little Italy, with lots of coffee shops and restaurants within 1 minute. It is a 2 story condo, and I am renting the upstairs bedroom and large private bathroom. I will be staying on the downstairs bedroom.
The room has a bed, built in wardrobe and desk.
The tram/train station is 5 minutes walk away.
It is also within walking distance to downtown.
I have two cute little mini dachshunds for a few days a week (my ex keeps them during the weekend).
I am not interested in people who work from home. I usually work at my shop until 9pm, so usually
not at home till late night.
Rent: $ + one month's rent deposit + half of the monthly electric bill ($).
Rent includes Wifi + other utilities.
Street parking.
