Private room / private bathroom

Description

I’m looking for a roommate for a spare room in my home. It’s a private room and disconnected private bathroom. The room is well lit, lightly furnished with a bed with drawers and desk/chair, and has a walk-in closet. The bathroom is a nice size as well. You can bring what extra furniture you would like. Washer and dryer for clothes and an extra private fridge in the garage for your groceries. The neighborhood is quiet and nice with access to major roads and shopping centers.

I’m a working remote professional with 2 small children in the home. The noise level can be loud from PM M-F but we are on a set schedule so don't expect it to be too chaotic. I have another roommate that is going to school. We’re clean individuals with little traffic in the home. I cook most nights with enough for everyone in the home. Pretty chill environment all around. I do have cats if you have allergies.
