Room for rent in South Austin House

Hello,

We have an extra room to rent in our home in South Austin. We are 5 minutes from an HEB/Target/Walmart. About minutes from Golds Gym/Planet Fitness.

The room is private and unfurnished. The roommate who you would share a bathroom with, for the most part lives with his girlfriend, however he would utilize the bathroom when home.

There is driveway parking as well as street parking in front of the house available.

Some things to consider:
- One roommate is in a band and utilizes the garage for band practice x a week (mostly week day nights).
-There is a dog that currently lives at the home. He does suffer from an excitement disorder so he can have lots of energy/love to give.
-Both of us are currently smokers, however there is strict rules to either smoke in the backyard, front porch, or garage. (NO SMOKING INSIDE).

Rent is $ and you are responsible for of utilities (internet, water, electricity) per month which can range from $ depending on the month and our usage patterns.

Both of us work from home currently, with one of us occasionally going into the office.

We are young professional guys, so will be honest and say we are not spotless, but we do have a maid service we utilize as needed. With the new roommate we would like to move to a consistent monthly service which would be ~ish.
