Clean living home, looking for a 3rd roommate that is responsible, clean and respectable. My roommate and I have lived together for 2 years and it's been easy to live with because of those 3 key requirements. Never a dish in the sink and respectful of others. Room with private bath $, includes all utilities such as cable, power, water and internet. Summer we like to keep the house nice and cool. Room is upstairs. We already have one mascot lb. mini poodle, he is hypoallergenic and does not shed. No more pets needed at this time.
