We are located about 8 blocks from the beach, and walking distance from the main parts of Pacific Beach.
There are currently two of us living here, myself, and a friend of mine. Both of us are late twenties guys who grew up locally. We are pretty laid back and quiet during the week due to work, but occasionally will throw get togethers on the weekends.
The lease will be for either 6 months, or a year, with potential renewal options.
