Description

I have a furnished basement-level bedroom for rent in my -bedroom home in Northglenn, CO. We're looking for the 4th of our peaceful house. An ideal space for somebody seeking a respectful living environment in an queer-friendly and welcoming home.

Each bedroom is private. There two are shared bathrooms (a full bath on the main floor, and a bath in the basement), a shared living room, an additional shared living space in the basement (currently used as a movie theater / office), a shared kitchen, and basement-level laundry.

Single occupancy per room. Driveway and street parking available.

TERMS:

1. If you want the room furnished (bed frame, mattress, dresser, end tables), there will be an additional fee for the first months -- I have a "rent-to-own" furniture policy (after months, the furniture becomes yours if you want to keep it). The decorations in the room are not included and will be removed before you move in.

2. Rent includes utilities, internet, a regular house cleaner, and free laundry. Rent is due on the first of every month. There is a refundable security deposit of (negotiable at a lower rate if you have a high credit score). The first month’s rent and the deposit are due before keys are provided. Proof of income, a background check, and two previous rental reference are required.

3. First lease will by 3 months. After that, would be great to sign a twelve month lease.

ROOMMATES: We're a friendly group who like to hang out together on occasion. Our regular group activities include roommate dinners, movie nights, board game and rummy nights, and watching WWE.
