Hello! I’m a year old woman, current resident in Newark, NJ, looking for a room in NYC. Max budget is $/m+utilities, I’m shy at first but generally outgoing with my housemates, largely keep to myself, don’t make much noise. I currently work from home full time, M-F, go out regularly in the evenings to see films/visit friends in the city. Currently in urgent need to find a room in the city, somewhere decently accessible to public transit, LGBTQ-friendly roommates preferred!
