Looking for a roommate to move-in on the beginning of the month of January .

The room is spacious and has a walk-in closet. You will have your own bathroom. You are welcome to the living and the kitchen.

Rent will include WiFi, electricity, water .

Amenities: 2 pools and jacuzzi, gym , clubhouse, in unit washer and dryer.

Only myself and my cat will be living here. I work in healthcare . If I’m home a rarely come out of my room or not home. My cat (crimson ) roams around the living room area he keeps to himself but can be a little vocal.

I currently do have another roommate but will be leaving. If you are looking to move please notify me you are interested a month in advance . ( example if you contact me today you can move in February 1)
