Need a safe, efficient type, clean, bug free, friendly, meaning I smoke weed, apartment/room, preferably furnished. I have a super sweet 1 year old cat. Therefore, I would need the place to be pet friendly.I work full-time in Boca. I don't have a car. I would prefer a place with access to a pool/beach nearby. I'm not looking for a hook up, no crazy roommates or landlords. Working appliances espescially washer/dryer a must . I work full-time. I'm divorced and in my early fifties.
