Hello! Me and the fiance are looking for a roommate to replace our current roommate who is unfortunately moving out of Jax in Feb/March.

house. Private bedroom and mostly private bathroom (shared with rare overnight family/friends). Guest room is available for any friends or family visits.

A little about us. We are extroverted introverts We mostly keep to ourselves but do enjoy the occasional get togethers and hosting small events with friends and family. We love football, board games, family, cooking/grilling. Must love all things Halloween as I host a party every year and enjoy decorating for the season. We have a 5 year old Standard Poodle who unfortunately is epileptic so please no pets but she will love you if you watch TikTok with her haha.

We split everything 3 ways (rent, utilities,internet) So current rent is $ plus utilities but will most likely go up in March at lease renewal.
