Unfurnished room w/ private bath

Hello! Apartment on the top story with no one above us. You will have your own room that has its own door to the balcony (another door in the living room) and your own bathroom and walk in closet. The apartment is pretty much furnished with my belongings and furniture but I’m more than open to using your stuff! It’s your place too! Off street parking, gated, nice place to be outside and safe. Fireplace, w/d in unit, dishwasher. You may need to sign a lease with the leasing office? We can get into that if you’re interested in the room!
This would be best for another student. My study desk is in the living room and we can turn the whole living room into a giant study area. I’m open to anything in the common areas!
NOTE: I can send pics to you, but the room currently has my stuff in it 🙂 It may give you an idea of the size of the room though!
I’m a year old male, who has had roommates many times before and like to keep my area presentable and smelling good! I do my chores every day and pick up after myself. I don’t smoke and have the occasional drink. I’m in nursing school 🥲 so I’m usually out and studying or sitting at my study desk. I play video games, love to cook and have a well behaved dog.
