Looking to save some money on rent!

Hey! I’m Joey Donnell, a guy looking for a place to rent in Cypress/Jersey Village. Possibly even Spring depending on location. My current lease ends in August. Ideally, I’d like my own room and bathroom. Needs to be cat, marijuana and video game friendly. I have a 2 year old male cat named lil dicky. He's never lived with another animal before but has interacted well with other animal's so we're opened to trying that. Hoping to keep rent under $/month. Let me know if you have anything available or know of a good spot! Willing to pair up and look at different places if it's a good fit.
