Small patio outside too. Washer & dryer offered in building at doable price. I have Xfinity wifi. Water is included in the rent. Apartment has electric heating throughout. No gas. Willing to split expenses like electricity & wif *if sharing. Looking for a calm, chill individual that just needs a place to live. Former roommate moved out and space can cleaned and ready as soon as possible.
