I am looking for a single person or couple for short term period to share this beautiful flat with. 🚿, built in robes and window with sunlight most of the time. It's ideally located near Crown, 2 mins walk to woolies & tram stop and amazing city view 🌻 8 mins away from Flinders station all in walking distance!

The rent does include all bills which are roughly $ pp
Rent for 1 person - $/week
Rent for couple- $/week
Dates- from Feb
Room- private bathroom as per photos

The building itself has a really social vibe with lots of communal areas (gym & swimming pool) - happy to give more details about the building and location upon request :)

Apartment is fully furnished, I would prefer someone who keeps the house clean & tidy and who is respectful of others, house-proud and hygiene.
