Hi! I have a ba home in East Renton Highlands - amazing, safe (a bit bougie) neighborhood called “Windwood”

I have two rooms available, both nicely sized, there’s two full bathrooms available, but one is downstairs on the first floor.

Almost brand new fridge, washer/dryer and it’s just myself and my son (yo) so far, and a sweet girl puppy called Luna (she’s mo).

$/mo, all inclusive. Includes high speed internet, electricity, water, trash, sewage, and we can even share all our subscriptions (Netflix, Hulu etc)
