This is a super wonderful apartment in a very quiet and beautiful space, right next to Reston Town Center with easy access to rt.7 and many parks, stores, and restaurants. It’s super safe and super walkable. The apartment itself is excellent and very tidy, the appliances are new, and the room is very spacious at around with a walk in closet. Internet, utilities, and parking are included with the rent! Base rent is around $, everything else bumps it up to around $. You’ll have a sink and mirror in the bedroom, as the sink in the bathroom is shared, but the sink is in a small little cove so it’s not in the way of the rest of the room. Please don’t be scared by this! The bathroom is *incredibly* tidy and very, very clean! The girl sharing the bathroom is the cleanest I’ve met in my entire life. Plus you get your own separate sink and mirror that isn’t shared, so you’re just sharing a shower/toilet. The kitchen is also basically spotless as the other roommates don’t use it often, only I did. The room will come unfurnished. It’s the biggest room in the apartment and gets excellent sunlight. Females only, sorry! No exceptions.
