Largest single room in bathrooms ( halves), have access to shared bathroom w/ 1 other housemate - large dining room/common space - first come first serve parking lot! + lots of street parking - on- quarter-operated washer/dryer
Room will be completely unfurnished.
Preferably BIPOC, LGBTQ+ aligning or ally
Vaccinated
& Alcohol friendly
Must be comfortable with 2 cats currently living with us!
Open to folks who might have a cat themselves
