2 rooms available in nice East Dulwich flat. 2 rooms available are 650/700 plus bills and they are on the top floor. If the 2 Tennant’s know each other it would be a bonus but not essential. The bedrooms are unfurnished but the rest of the flat is, music, tv PlayStation, air fryer, blender, everything you need basically. I’m looking for nice chill people that will look after my stuff and pay bills no problem keen to stay for long term would prefer over 12 months. Very tight referencing process! Just had one Tennant that was very confident in his finances get rejected and now I have to pay. Freelances need to have taxes done and showing £20k plus. A bit about me; I’m 29 working freelance set building, I work a fair bit and it can be intense so I spend a lot of my free time chilling w my girlfriend, I like going to restaurants, drinking, travelling.
