Room for rent (Women only)

Description

Looking for a roommate who is working full time or in school full time to rent a room starting January (women only). Room for rent is in Westmont. Looking for someone who is clean and respectful and treats my home and possessions as their own. Will be painting and getting new appliances this month. These are old photos. No illegal drugs or smoking cigarettes. You will get your own bedroom and bathroom. There will be a Queen memory foam mattress and bed frame and a closet. Shared kitchen, living room with TV and couch and laundry in unit. There is a balcony for warmer days You will have your own parking spot. Must be okay with dogs (occasionally babysit my parents dog) and house plants. I’m active, work full time M-F in office. Located in Westmont. Will be splitting utilities with me (wifi, heat/AC, electric and gas). DO NOT message me if you’re not going to message me back. It’s just a waste of both of our time.
