I'm looking for a housemate to share a brand new 4-bedroom home in a great, central location,
You would have your choice of any of the three non-primary bedrooms. You may rent the primary bedroom for a slightly higher fee. Utilities are included!
You would enjoy a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, living room, laundry room with washer/dryer, loft, backyard, garage, and a spare room (can be used as an office, gym, etc.)
The home is near grocery stores including Costco, restaurants, parks, casinos, and the freeway.
Pet-friendly! I have two very friendly small-medium dogs.
I'm a young professional and singer-songwriter who enjoys tennis, the outdoors, cooking, traveling, and science fiction. I lean towards minimalism, I keep a clean, tidy space, and I love making new friends!
