We are a household of several tenants, all with their own private rooms (some have private bathrooms). The room available is upstairs and includes a separate closet and storage space. Common areas include two bathrooms, kitchen area, balcony and front patio. Cleaners come by monthly to clean common areas. Owner occupied residence.

Neighborhood is Pico-Union, which is between Downtown LA and Koreatown. Grocery stores, restaurants, laundromats all within a block. Close to public transportation and major freeways. Walkable to LA Live.

We are looking for someone who prefers a clean and quiet environment. Our house rules include no smoking, no overnight guests. Guests during the day are welcome. We require a rental application along with a credit and background check.
