You would basically have a furnished or unfurnished basement and off-street parking. We would have to upstairs.

The basement has one legal bedroom as well.
One private bathroom and a .5 shared bathroom on main level.
Front Porch and Rear Porch are shared.
If you needed the Dinning Room or the Living Room no problem.

We would share entrance, kitchen, laundry and storage.

We have refrigerators in the kitchen and garage. But we will also add a refrigerator to the basement for convenience.
So a person or couple couple have a microwave and and some limited cooking in the basement when they didn't want to share the main level kitchen with us.

All Utilities and High Speed Broadband are included.
