Hey everyone, I am looking for someone to take over my lease at the Flats at West Village ( West Main Street) for the Spring/Summer semesters (Jan th).
It’s a unit with your own bed and bathroom, shared kitchen space and living room, fully furnished (couches, carpets, pantry, decorations), in unit AC and heater system, dishwasher, laundry washer and dryer, fridge and freezer. You have access to building amenities including pool table, game room, TV with cable, pool, gym, study rooms, and resident activities. The price is /month, parking is /month. Price and length of stay is negotiable.
It is right on the corner and around an minute walk to get to new Cabell.
